Position Overview
Manager – Office of Procurement, Supply Chain and Facilities – This leader will work with department leaders and other executives to ensure the procurement department and all related programs, projects, and deliverables are governed and operated effectively and efficiently.
Three key areas of responsibility include departmental:
- Workflow management and governance – including work intake, prioritization, tracking, and delivery
- Department Financial management – including building annual budget & adherence for both capital and operating expense, monthly variance analysis, and periodic reforecasting.
- Transformation and continuous improvement – elevate overall performance of the department through changes to people, process and technology.
Position Responsibilities
- Achieve world-class business results by delivering outstanding procurement services and support
- Schedules, coordinates, and facilitates meetings related to procurement. Creates formats for group discussion and evaluation. Facilitates problem solving.
- Buids a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results by championing cross-functional change initiatives. Ensure change is managed effectively.
- Serves as project manager for a select number of top-priority projects (those with greatest financial and strategic value)
- Works with the business stakeholders to strengthen Duly’s overall procurement program and drive top and bottom-line results through negotiated outcomes.
- Directs internal teams and strategic vendors to deliver clinical and administrative value
- Works with other senior leaders to develop and deliver on Procurement Strategic roadmap.
- Elevate operational metrics/KPIs for all service lines and drives process improvements.
- Ensures processes and technology are used efficiently and effectively in elevating departmental processes and performance.
- Build and develop a high-performing team, keeping skills modern and current
- Create, review, and process POs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Contract Administration: Track contract renewals, amendments, and milestones. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audit and budget standards.
- Cross-Functional Support: Educate internal staff on purchasing policies and assist various departments in scoping their procurement needs.
- Creates and/or enhances processes and procedures for bids, qualifications and proposals.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of leadership experience
- 10+ years of experience with complex enterprise environments
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
- High attention to detail, especially when managing contracts and purchase orders. Double-check for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Proven success in fast-paced leadership roles
- Negotiating, interpreting, implementing, and administering contracts and related agreements;
- Handling multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Preparing reports and business correspondence;
- Defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions;
- Solid technical background, with proven track record of technology-enabled process improvements
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as PCI, GLBA, HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2 etc.
- MBA or advanced Procurement/Supply Chain certification a plus

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $73,403 - $110,094, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
