Job Description:

Daily challenges:

• Identifying and resolving technical issues in production environments
• Handling complex incidents affecting large numbers of users
• Minimizing downtime and ensuring system stability
• Performing installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting
• Defining and implementing standardized changes
• Supporting enterprise Windows-based environments remotely
• Working with virtualization, cloud, and infrastructure platforms
• Making fast, well-informed decisions while maintaining high quality standards
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective support
   

eXperience and skills required:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with Windows Server (2008 R2 / 2019 R2 or newer)
• Very good knowledge of Nutanix
• Basic troubleshooting of:
  • Active Directory
  • DNS, DHCP, WINS
  • FRS / DFS
• Experience with Microsoft Clustering and Load Balancing
• Basic networking knowledge (DMZ, NAT, Load Balancers)
• Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, patching
• Exposure to virtualization technologies (VMware ESX/ESXi, vCenter)
• Familiarity with Cisco UCS infrastructure is a plus
• Basic understanding of DevOps concepts and tools is an advantage
• Ability to recommend hardware/software solutions during troubleshooting
• Good command of English
• Microsoft or VMware certifications are a plus
