Type: Full-time - Exempt
Essential Functions:
· Oversee daily Job Center operations and One-Stop system effectiveness to ensure efficient, customer-centered service delivery, meaningful access, accessibility, and continuous improvement.
· Ensure the One-Stop delivery system operates in compliance with WIOA Section 121(d), 20 CFR §678.620, and all applicable federal, state, local, and Workforce Development Board policies and requirements.
· Facilitate coordination, communication, and collaboration among workforce system partners, contractors, Workforce Development Board staff, and community stakeholders.
· Convene and facilitate meetings with workforce system partners and support the development, implementation, and monitoring of MOUs, RSAs, and partner commitments.
· Monitor customer flow, service integration, referral processes, operational performance, and service outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the customer experience.
· Review operational and performance data; analyze trends and recommend corrective actions, process improvements, and system enhancements.
· Support implementation of the Workforce Development Board's strategic priorities, workforce initiatives, and operational objectives.
· Foster collaborative relationships with workforce, education, economic development, business, and community organizations to strengthen workforce system partnerships.
· Support outreach, promotion, and awareness of workforce services and partner programs throughout the region.
· Prepare and present operational, performance, compliance, and partner activity reports to the Workforce Development Board and other stakeholders.
· Represent the Workforce Development Board and One-Stop system at meetings, conferences, community events, and partner engagements as assigned.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Workforce Development Board and/or EDSI Leadership.
Education and Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, Education, Workforce Development, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
· Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in WIOA programs, workforce development systems, or related workforce initiatives.
· Thorough knowledge of WIOA regulations, state workforce policies, workforce service delivery, performance accountability, and compliance requirements.
· Experience coordinating workforce programs, partnerships, projects, or system operations and building collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
· Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and workforce data management systems.
· Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
