As a Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and improving program operations, data capture, customer flow, and reporting capabilities. This role is responsible for ensuring contract benchmarks are achieved through accurate data management, report generation, and performance monitoring. The Performance Analyst will also ensure the accuracy and compliance of all WIOA enrollment documentation and participant records.Â

Successful ElementsÂ
- Analyze program operations, performance data, and workflow processes to identify gaps and implement solutions that support contract performance goalsÂ
- Assist leadership with the preparation of reports, data analysis, monitoring responses, and performance summaries for funding agencies and stakeholdersÂ
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve participation, retention, customer flow, and overall program effectivenessÂ
- Conduct ongoing quality assurance reviews within CWDS to monitor services, case notes, IEPs/ISSs, activity records, expenditure documentation, and data accuracyÂ
- Ensure compliance with ISO auditing procedures, documentation standards, and internal quality assurance processesÂ
- Track, monitor, and report compliance findings, corrective actions, audit results, and program performance outcomesÂ
- Maintain current knowledge of workforce development regulations, WIOA policies, CWDS requirements, and state and local guidanceÂ
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to staff regarding documentation standards, eligibility requirements, case file compliance, and data entry expectationsÂ

Education and Experience RequirementsÂ
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requiredÂ
- Experience in analyzing dataÂ
- Excellent interpersonal communication skillsÂ
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Â
- Regional travel is requiredÂ
- Able to work fully onsite, fully virtual, or in a hybrid environmentÂ
- Clean driving record, valid Driver’s License, and reliable vehicle requiredÂ
