Account Managers are responsible for taking care of business treasure:  existing clients.  They are focused in strategically grow revenue and services through Element’s service offering.  Also, they must be curious enough to demonstrate expertise in the marketplace to uncover opportunities locally and globally.

In partnership with internal customer teams they are responsible for continuously identifying cost savings projects, growth opportunities and enhance performance in line with client practices and objectives. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the business operational process and product offering, of the sales process and superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is required.

  • Generate share of wallet opportunities with existing customers. Identify needs and develop proposals with Elements value added services. Coordinate end to end sales process for a new asset and service  on boarding (this will include risk under writing process, customer visits, contract negotiation and implementation process) 
  • Accountable for the overall relationship management of clients. Primary point of contact. Coordinate internal areas in order to meet day to day or new requirements. Meet clients to maintain and growth business relationship. Oversee line renewals and legal changes.
  • New products & services introduction with existing clients to enhance profitability. Presentation of new products to clients once rolled out.
  • Responsible for the development, planning and execution of a strategic account plan. Including coordinating with strategic consulting projects and business reviews
  • Identify and articulate best practices within the industry. Demonstrated analytical ability, critical reasoning and strategic thinking in order to generate loyalty with customers

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience.
  • MBA Desirable
  • Project Management success stories
  • Proficient in English language (both written and oral)
  • Experience within the vehicle management or a related financial/asset-based industry is preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of time dependent on client portfolio and location
  • Willingness to learn and capable of adjusting to fast-paced & changing environment
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written), influencing and relationship building skills
  • World class negotiation skills with a proven track record of success
  • Strong customer focus with superior levels of customer satisfaction
