Location: Indianapolis IN, Tampa FL, Atlanta GA, Columbus GA, Overland Park KS, Louisville KY, St. Louis MO

Hours: Standard Working hours

Travel: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Position Overview:

The Business Change Manager is responsible for using a data driven approach to address opportunities for end-to-end process improvement and/or automation, including work simplification across various business units. Many of these initiatives may revolve around Cost of Care programs/projects.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Leads comprehensive evaluation of current state experiences, business outcomes, gaps, and problem root causes.

  • Develops future state designs with a comprehensive short-term and long-term roadmap focused on different levers of transformation, such as process elimination/simplification, analytics, advanced automation, technology, and digital solutions.

  • Conducts cost/benefit analysis Drives efficiency improvements related to speed, quality, and simplification by eliminating rework, reducing and automating manual work and hand-offs.

  • Identifies and implements best practices across business units.

  • Uses a consultative approach towards transformation by partnering with business stakeholders as well as various delivery teams across the organization to deliver the future state roadmap.

  • Builds collaborative partnerships across multiple different teams within the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years process or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Six Sigma certification or CURES methodology/certification preferred

  • Experience with Claims within (Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial) Strongly preferred

  • Payment Integrity experience preferred

  • Strong data analysis experience preferred
