An exciting opportunity has opened for a proactive and organized Marketing Intern to join the marketing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
The Marketing Intern will support the Brand Manager, Social Media Manager, and Marketing Coordinator with the day-to-day execution of campaigns, content, reporting, administrative, and operational marketing tasks.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to brand marketing, social media, campaign coordination, reporting, and digital marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Marketing Support
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, launches, and seasonal activities.
- Support campaign coordination across digital and retail channels.
- Brief marketing assets and content into project management platforms.
- Ensure all campaign assets are quality checked before and after launch.
Content & Social Media Support
- Support social media content creation and campaign coordination.
- Assist with influencer gifting, product ordering, and content logistics.
- Contribute creative ideas for social media content, campaigns, and trends.
- Help prepare marketing and social media assets.
Reporting & Administration
- Pull and format marketing reports and campaign data.
- Maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and marketing records.
- Organize marketing folders, documentation, and collateral.
- Support the team with general administrative and operational tasks.
Workflow & Coordination
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and campaign resources.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist in managing deadlines and maintaining organised task tracking.
Creative Contribution
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, promotions, and social media activity.
- Stay updated on digital marketing and social media trends.
- Bring curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant qualification or currently studying towards a qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
- Previous internship or exposure to marketing, retail, e-commerce, social media, or administration is advantageous.
- Passion for digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
