Job Summary
The Associate Cyber Review Manager is responsible for leading cyber incident review activities, ensuring high quality review outcomes, operational efficiency, and compliance with client and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong expertise in cyber incident response review workflows, review technologies, data analysis, and team leadership. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to manage review projects, oversee quality standards, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cyber incident review projects from initiation through completion.
- Oversee review teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Analyze cyber incident data and review results to identify trends, risks, and key findings.
- Utilize Relativity and Canopy platforms to manage review workflows and reporting.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize review processes, documentation, and operational procedures.
- Monitor project performance, track deliverables, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and industry best practices.
- Leverage advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and operational tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Technology, Security, and Operations.
- Coach, mentor, and support team members to drive performance and professional development.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within review operations.
Education and Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cyber incident review, cyber investigations, eDiscovery, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a people leadership role such as Assistant Manager or Manager.
- Strong hands-on experience with Relativity and Canopy.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Python for automation, data analysis, or workflow optimization is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
