Role Overview

The Junior SDR plays a foundational role in fueling top‑of‑funnel growth for the mid‑market segment. This role focuses primarily on generating and qualifying Net New Name pipeline through early‑stage prospecting activities, supporting inbound lead flow — especially digital campaign and field marketing - and outbound efforts when needed.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, grow, and build strong prospecting fundamentals within a high‑performing GTM team.

  • Research accounts and contacts to identify fit, interest, and potential buying triggers.

  • Maintain consistent activity levels and contribute to meeting‑setting goals for the mid‑market segment.

  • Partner with Sales Executives to drive pipeline activities for the assigned region.

Qualifications

  • 0–1 years of SDR, BDR, or customer‑facing experience (internships welcome).

  • Native-level English proficiency.

  • Strong communication skills — clear, professional, and confident.

  • Curiosity, coachability, and a willingness to learn fast.

  • Comfortable working in a metrics‑driven environment.

  • Basic understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, or marketing funnels is a plus.

  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a team‑first mindset.
