Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our cloud operations team. This role demands deep expertise across Azure, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Terraform, and scripting, with a strong understanding of banking and digital application workflows. The ideal candidate will drive service reliability, security, and modernization across our cloud delivery platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of cloud-based applications and infrastructure

· Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps

· Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure using Azure and Terraform

· Operate and manage containerized environments using Kubernetes and Docker

· Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to proactively detect and resolve issues

· Drive incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement of system reliability

· Enhance system security, compliance, and vulnerability management practices

· Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment workflows and application performance

· Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention

Required Skills

·5-8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps / Cloud Engineering

· Strong hands-on experience with Azure and GitHub Actions

· Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates)

· Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration

· Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)

· Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, etc.)

· Understanding of incident management, uptime, and system reliability principles

· Knowledge of cloud security and compliance practices

· Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
