Engineer Trainee (rotational program for fresh graduates)

Role Summary:
Flowserve is looking for a Engineer Trainee, a Masters or Bachelor graduate with an Engineering or Industrial Engineering degree and maximum two years of work experience after graduation. As a trainee at Flowserve, you will work in two years time on four different projects at various departments throughout the company.  You will work on optimizations of processes in interdisciplinary teams through out the organization and entire value chain. Your role
Together with the Trainee Program Manager you will set out the goals you want to achieve and determine which projects are matching with you.

• You will be responsible for the preliminary investigation on the project

• You will set goals and achievements

• You are the driving force of the project and will be coached by the various department manager and trainee manager

• In each project you are working on deliverables and the implementation of the (business) improvements

Your profile

You are energetic and take ownership, highly motivated and takes initiative. Strong in communication but even stronger in establishing authentic relationships with the people around you. You take accountability for your performance. What are we looking for:

• Technical studies (Bachelor or Master) Mechanical, Industrial Engineering

• Fluency in written and spoken English, speaking Dutch is a big asset

• Good computer skills and affinity with digitization and technology

• Strong and friendly communication and team skills

• Affinity for the area’s technology, office, manufacturing and operations

• You are an energetic and joyful person wit a ‘’Can-Do’’ mentality
