Warehouse Assistant

The FLSmidth Mongolia workshop team is pleased to announce an opening for a Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic, transparent, and collaborative team!

As a Warehouse Assistant, your responsibilities will include daily warehouse activities such as receiving goods from suppliers and delivering them to customers. Job Responsibilities:
1. Receive, inspect, store and distribute all incoming materials in accordance with procedures;
2. Maintain records of material movements within the system;
3. Conduct inventory counts and reconcile differences between inventory count results and system records;
4. Verify materials received against purchase orders or work orders;
5. Prepare reports on discrepancies found during inspection process;
6. Prepare, send out and file all necessary documents related to quality control activities.
7. Assist with internal and external audits as required;
8. Regularly lifting and moving inventory and materials;

9. Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor diploma or equivalent in engineering field and but not required;
• Ability to operate forklift truck, but not required;
• Basic knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel);
• Beginner English language skills (spoken and written);
• Honest and hardworking;
• Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 kg;

• Willingness to learn new tasks;
• Team player;
• Able to communicate effectively.
