Our premium brand, performance-defining products and systems are used primarily on bicycles, side-by-side vehicles, on-road vehicles with and without off-road capabilities, off-road vehicles and trucks, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, specialty vehicles and applications, motorcycles, and commercial trucks. Position Summary: Oversees the daily activities, workload, and employees who transport and deliver Fox products

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee lot organization and coordinates lot staff to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently
• Ensures vehicles are locked and secure at the end of the day
• Key coordinator with inbound and production
• Oversees transportation employee performance and allocates driver assignments
• Works with Transportation Supervisor to assure compliance with safety standards and that organization objectives dictated by management are followed
• Keeps track of transport vehicles, making sure that all vehicles are maintained and in top working condition
• Assists Supervisor in hiring and termination recommendations and processes
• Serves as a point of contact for customers, building relationships and addressing complaints
• Trains staff in department policies and procedures

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

• Meticulous attention to detail and capable of multi-tasking
• Ability to work outdoors and be on foot for extended periods of time
• Team oriented person with strong interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR

Position Qualifications:

Education: HS diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

• 2+ year of prior relative work experience required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Manufacturing Environment
• Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time
• Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
