An Install and Maintenance Technician in the Image & Design Department works with a dynamic and hardworking team keeping our state of the art facilities in top notch shape. This position is multifaceted combining all forms of facility maintenance tasks such as but not limited to lighting repair and lamp replacement, painting, minor flooring repairs, millwork and furniture installations as well as assisting with tasks on larger projects. This is a multi-tasking position so the ability to move from task to task seamlessly is required. We are a high energy team and expect consistent productivity and high task completion rates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General maintenance skills required
    • Willing to work on light bulb replacement, carpet installations, base board installations, ceiling tile replacements and furniture repairs and installations
  • Painting experience preferred
    • Drywall & concrete finishing experience a plus
  • Millwork fabrication / finishing experience preferred
  • Must be able to bring and use personal hand tools
    • Painting tools will be supplied
  • Successful multitasking skills a must
  • Working well with others in a fast paced environment required
  • Ability to easily transition from one task to the next with minimal supervision
  • Scheduling flexibility for some night and weekend work + overtime as needed

  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently

Education and/or Experience:

  • 3+ years of facility maintenance experience preferred
  • 1+ year of maintenance painting preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:  

  • Driver’s License Required + Reliable Transportation
  • Lift Operation Training / Certificate preferred but can also be completed on job

Computer/Equipment Skills:

  • Ability to utilize an iPhone required including email, texting, phone and various apps

Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:

  • Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding and operate lifts required
    Ability to lift 50+ pounds required
