What You Will Do: Lead, Shape, Deliver

• Be a key contributor to the vision for large, complex projects from first sketch through construction 
• Set the standard for design excellence, ensuring every detail reflects both creativity and technical rigor 
• Develop and foster trusted relationships with clients, guiding them confidently through the design journey 
• Provide guidance to multidisciplinary teams, aligning consultants, timelines, and resources for success 
• Drive quality and performance, ensuring projects meet design intent, budget, and goals 
• Solve complex technical challenges, delivering innovative, code-compliant solutions 
• Represent Gensler publicly, presenting to stakeholders, agencies, and community groups 
• Mentor and elevate others, helping shape the next generation of leaders within the firm
