What You Will Do:


Dallas Airfoil Repair Operations in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Production Generalist to support our aero‑engine and Industrial Gas Turbine airfoil refurbishment operations. We offer a dynamic work environment and are looking for motivated individuals who embrace continuous improvement and new ideas. This position is available on first shift (5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.).

  • Perform surface preparation and repair tasks on turbine airfoil components, including grit blasting, masking, blending, and other routine operations.
  • Support the development and training of team members.
  • Carry out assigned duties to enhance individual capability and team performance.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support facility operations.
  • Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain positive working relationships across the team.
  • Complete all work with a strong focus on safety.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • High school diploma or GED
     

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Six months of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Three months of aerospace industry experience
  • Three months of experience with Microsoft Office
  • Three months of experience using SAP

Pratt & Whitney Grand Prairie, TX is a FAA regulated facility and as such under the U.S. Departments of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.


Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
