Job Description Summary

As a Sr Technical Product Manager within Gas Power Contractual Services Digital Technology team, you will serve as a critical orchestrator between business strategy and technology delivery. • Solid grasp of SDLC, software product security, scalability, and documentation best practices
  • PMP, ScrumMaster, SAFe, or related Project Management certification (preferred)

Leadership & Influence:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead without authority — organizing teams, aligning stakeholders, and driving shared goals
  • Proven track record as a change agent who challenges the status quo constructively
  • Self-starter who requires minimal direction and consistently delivers results in ambiguous environments
  • Applies personal knowledge to develop and coach others, building team capability

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Strong influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal) across all levels of the organization
  • Collaborative global team player who builds trust across cultures and geographies
  • Demonstrated customer focus — listens actively, prioritizes customer needs, and advocates for the end user

Personal Attributes:

  • Able to work under minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity
  • Able to work well with global teams, including time-zone flexibility
  • Skilled in providing oversight and mentoring team members. Shows ability to effectively delegate work
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
