Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Director of Tenders, the Tender Specialist receives submission requests and prepares offers for North American clients.Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Receive submission requests from clients and prepare the file.
Prepare the submission in collaboration with the engineering and procurement teams.
Receive client orders and execute the transfer to the project management team.
Communicate the progress of offers to the client on a regular basis.
Required Qualifications:
3 years of experience in customer service.
3 years of experience in submission preparation.
Experience in an industrial environment.
Proficiency in an ERP (preferably SAP).
Bilingual in French/English. *
