This is a hybrid role, with time spent in our Egham office and the flexibility to work from home once fully trained. Weβre looking for someone who already has experience working in an office-based environment, and is confident communicating with customers via telephone and email. Previous experience in insurance or claims handling is desirable, but not essential β full training will be provided.
Your Role
As a Motor Claims Handler within our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) team, youβll be the first point of contact for customers following a motorcycle incident. Youβll guide them through the claims process from initial contact through to resolution, delivering a smooth and professional experience.
What Youβll Do
πΉ Customer Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and supportive guidance
πΉ Email Management: Respond to customer and third-party emails promptly and professionally
πΉ Claims Handling: Manage claims in line with service level agreements and regulatory requirements
πΉ Case Ownership: Take responsibility for claims from start to finish
πΉ Fraud Awareness: Identify and escalate potential fraud indicators
πΉ Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, engineers, and third parties

The Essentials

Hours: Monday to Friday - Rota for Saturdays once a month
