CleverProfits is a leading outsourced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) company based in the US that specializes in providing top-tier financial management and strategic planning services to businesses across various industries. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an Operations Intern to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and organizing internal and client documents, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Support the development and/or optimization of company tools and platforms.
- Assist in handling service agreements with clients, issuing invoices, and tracking payments.
- Support collecting and presenting data to create reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Help with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and keeping client records, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow.
- Collaborate on executing special projects as needed, contributing ideas and resources to achieve established goals.
What We Are Looking For:
- Student in Business Administration, Business Engineering, or a related field from the 7th to the 9th semester.
- Upper third (desirable).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and intermediate proficiency in Tableau or Power BI (must have successfully completed "Informática para los Negocios" I and II, or equivalents, will be evaluated during the process).
- Fluency in English, both conversational and written (essential, will be assessed during the process).
- Ability to learn about new technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
