Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Preventive & Reactive Maintenance:Â Developing schedules to prevent failures and quickly fixing machinery when breakdowns occur.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing equipment failures using specific technical tools.
- Plan Development:Â Creating maintenance strategies, updating procedures, and managing equipment upgrades.
- Resource Management:Â Ordering spare parts, controlling maintenance budgets, and managing contractor work.
- Safety & Compliance:Â Ensuring all equipment meets safety regulations and operational standards.
- Team Leadership:Â Coordinating, training, and supervising technicians or operators in utilizing equipment.Â
