Executes standard The Manufacturing Methods Engineer is responsible for defining and supporting manufacturing processes by ensuring accurate technical documentation, cost estimation, and effective coordination between design engineering and production.

Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Analyze engineering and technical documentation to ensure manufacturability of stator bars
  • Estimate production costs and labor hours required for manufacturing
  • Prepare and release project-specific manufacturing documentation (routing and technical instructions)
  • Collaborate with Process Engineering to define and optimize production flow
  • Act as a key interface between Design Engineering and Production for technical decisions related to defect disposition and repair
  • Support defect analysis and contribute to root cause investigations
  • Participate in customer audits and provide technical support as required

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or similar)
  • Experience in manufacturing engineering or methods engineering
  • Fluent Romanian languages skills, and minimum intermediate level of English language knowledge
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills in cross-functional environments
