About this role

Beltone Hearing Center, a nationally recognized leader in hearing healthcare, is seeking a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist licensed to practice in North Carolina,  to join our growing team serving the Charlotte, Lake Norman, and Piedmont regions.

Our practice is locally led by an owner with 45+ years of experience in the field, offering a unique blend of deep community trust and the support of a nationally recognized brand. We also partner with a wide range of managed care insurance programs, allowing us to serve a diverse and expanding patient base.

This is a fulltime or part-time opportunity (2–5 days per week) supporting multiple locations, offering flexibility and strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations, deliver personalized treatment recommendations and rehabilitative solutions. Perform fitting, programming, and dispensing of hearing aids and accessories. Educate patients on hearing health and guide them through a successful care journey.

What We’re Looking For:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. A commitment to integrity, professionalism, and patient-centered care

Qualifications:   

Active North Carolina license to dispense hearing instruments (or Audiologist meeting state requirements)

2+ years of experience in dispensing, fitting, and programming hearing aids

Compensation  

Negotiable salary, based on experience and schedule flexibility
