Area Sales Manager, Jalandhar, Farm Repl. Sales

You will be responsible for :

Sales & Market Mapping

• Responsible for achieving business objectives in the designated sales territory while following the sales processes.
• Achieving the Monthly Volume/POS Targets.
• Appointing New Dealers and Increasing the Market Share
• Plans, executes and reports on the sales activities in the assigned sales area
• Monitor sales against agreed targets on a regular basis to ensure they are met and where necessary the need for remedial actions are identified, reported and implemented.
• Adhere to Beat Plan & PJP
• Feed back on Competitor activities/Pricing
• Achievements against AOP (Volume, product mix, Channel activation & expansion, etc.) •
• Share of Accounts (SOA), SOM (Share of Market)

Relationship Management

• Maintain relationship with key Dealers
• Support & co-ordinate with Dealers and Collect the Orders/Payments in the absence.
• Cooperates with the other departments in the implementation of approved service solution

Reporting

• Prepare & Submit Timely Reports-Reporting
• Delivers periodical progress reports and proactively submits recommendations regarding the improvements in the approach to the marketplace.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Sales, Channel Management, Dealer Development, and Territory Management, preferably within the Automotive, Tyre, FMCG, Lubricants, Industrial Products, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving market share growth, expanding dealer networks, and delivering sustainable business results in assigned territories.
• Strong exposure to dealer relationship management, distributor operations, collections, and order management processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a field sales environment.
