As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and enabling business success for your supported business unit. You will partner closely with leaders, supervisors, and employees to drive people strategies that support performance, engagement, and organizational growth. This is a highly collaborative role where you will influence leadership decisions, strengthen culture, and ensure HR practices are aligned with business objectives. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by improving processes, supporting talent development, and serving as a trusted advisor across all levels of the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Maintain visibility with all employees and addresses any issues and concerns that are identified in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with performance reviews and ensures the development and implementation of specific development plans to address performance issues.
Work directly with management and supervisors to effectively promote positive employee relations.
Conduct employee meetings and assist in training and development sessions on various topics as needed.
Ensure compliance with state and federal laws through efficient administration of company HR policies, procedures, programs and initiatives.
Lead the recruitment and selection efforts across all levels of the business unit. Assists with orientation sessions.
Participate in operations meeting within the business and advise management on all Human Resource related topics.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
0-2 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources required.
4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent years of job experience required.
PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification

Minimal travel required.
Role supports both hourly and salaried employees within a manufacturing or operations environment.
This is a business-facing HR role with high visibility to leadership teams.
Success requires strong prioritization, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
As we operate on three shifts, the individual in this role will need to be flexible and available from time to time to work with our 3rd shift team members.

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. The starting base pay range for this position is $69,581-$85,953 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work. Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks.
