Production Supervisor II/III - 2nd Shift

As the Production Supervisor, you will lead high-performing production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment on 2nd shift. You will help drive operational excellence, improving productivity, and ensuring world-class quality, safety, and delivery performance.

Your work will directly impact business success by achieving production targets, optimizing manufacturing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and employee engagement across operations.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, KPIs, and on-time delivery targets

• Drive continuous improvement (Lean / 5S / Kaizen) initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and safety performance

• Monitor and analyze production metrics, schedule attainment, and labor utilization, adjusting staffing and capacity as needed

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, scheduling, and quality teams to resolve production challenges

• Implement and maintain workplace safety standards and compliance, conducting training and ensuring adherence to policies

• Utilize ERP systems (SAP preferred) to manage labor tracking, inventory accuracy, and manufacturing workflows

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through performance management, cross-training, and leadership development programs

What you should have as a Production Supervisor II:

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience required.

  2-4 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory leadership role required.

• 2 Year / Associate Degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.

• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field of study preferred.

• Continuous Improvement training preferred.

• SAP experience preferred.

What you should have as a Production Supervisor III:

• 6-8 years of relevant work experience required.

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory leadership role required.

• 2 Year / Associate Degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.

• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field of study preferred.

• EPPIC, Continuous Improvement training preferred.

• SAP experience preferred.
