We are currently recruiting for a passionate Chef de Partie wanting to cook great food within New Zealand's best restaurant.


About you:
As Chef de Partie, you will bring professionalism and creativity to your job, while being enthusiastic, mindful, precise and passionate about both the place you work and the job you work in. 

  • Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role, in a Michelin Star or Hatted establishment or
  • A culinary qualification from a reputable culinary school
  • Confidence to run a section and ability to produce consistently high quality dishes
  • Comfortable working in an open kitchen environment and interacting with guests
  • Willingness to work hard and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and the ability to stay calm within a busy, demanding kitchen environment
  • Passion for New Zealand cuisine and an understanding of local/seasonal produce
  • 6 months relevant experience preferred, ideally with NZ cuisine
  • NZ citizenship/residency or a valid work permit preferred
