The Alpega Group is looking for an HR Intern. This role will be part of the HR-admin team. This role is based Barcelona, Spain.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our admin team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Human Resources department on various projects related to contracts, time keeping, data accuracy and migration.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

  • Work within the payroll team in projects related to admin, contracts,  closely with HR team members to understand project objectives and requirements to bring support to ongoing projects.
  • Work closely and actively systems as Timmi, BambooHR (HRIS) and others.
  • Assist in the execution of key administrative processes for onboarding & offboarding.
  • Collaborate in variety of topics related to payroll, admin, employee retention.

At the end of your experience in this role:

  • You will gain hands on experience in how HR Teams work together.
  • You will have the opportunity to improve and learn HR systems in relation with employee life cycle.
  • You will have the opportunity to improve on cross team collaboration and cross-cultural communication.
  • Hence you will be able to work with teams in Spain and also spread across Europe.

  • A paid internship agreement with your university (6 months - ideally starting in feb/2026)
