We are looking for a Customer & Content Marketing Manager to turn Buildern’s customers into a core growth engine. In this role, you will work directly with customers, understand how they use Buildern, and turn their results into content that builds trust and drives pipeline.
This role is not just about writing content. It is about creating proof that helps builders choose Buildern.
What you will do:
Turn customer success into proof
- Interview customers and understand their business, challenges, and results
- Create case studies that clearly show the before and after impact
- Build a consistent pipeline of customer stories
Own video testimonials and content
- Plan and record customer video testimonials
- Capture real stories, not scripted marketing
- Turn long videos into short clips for ads and social media
Use customer content to drive growth
- Turn case studies into landing pages, ads, and email campaigns
- Support retargeting with strong customer proof
- Help sales with content that answers real buyer questions
Create content builders who actually care about
- Write blog posts, guides, and educational content
- Turn webinars into multiple pieces of content
- Work with SEO to make sure the content brings traffic
Run webinars and customer-driven content
- Plan and execute webinars with customers and the internal team
- Turn each webinar into long-term content assets
Work across teams
- Partner with Customer Success to identify strong customers
- Work with Sales to understand what helps close deals
- Collaborate with Growth and SEO teams to distribute content
What you will bring:
- Experience in content marketing or customer marketing in B2B SaaS
- Strong writing skills — you explain things clearly and simply
- Near-native English proficiency (written and spoken) with the ability to lead customer interviews and produce high-quality, polished content without heavy editing
- Experience creating case studies, testimonials, or video content
- Ability to talk to customers and uncover real insights, not surface-level answers
- Comfortable owning projects from idea to execution
- Strong sense of ownership and speed

- Experience with video tools or content editing
