Your opportunity

We’re currently looking for a Sales Manager for our Huhtamaki Flexible Packaging Türkiye. In this position, you will be responsible for responsible for medium-sized key accounts; develops and implements sales strategies and account plans to achieve revenue targets and service goals.

You will report to Sales Manager and be part of the Sales team.
 

Where you’ll be

  • You will be located at our Esenyurt site in İstanbul / Türkiye and you should be within reasonable commuting distance from here.
     

What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for medium-sized key accounts.

  • Develops and implements sales strategies and account plans to achieve revenue targets and service goals.

  • Establishes and builds strong client relationships.

  • Coordinates client related activities to ensure consistent service.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably in the flexible packaging domain.

  • Demonstrated success in maintaining and growing key client relationships.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand clients' businesses and identify growth opportunities.

  • Strong ability to monitor business analysis (data crunching, pricing, margin management, KPI) with a use of various tools.

  • Ability to quickly orientate across complex structure & matrix organization

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

  • Proficiency in using SAP, SFDC and Microsoft tools, Excel and presentation skills.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
