We are looking for a Warehouse Officer to support daily warehouse operations and ensure the accurate receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure timely order fulfillment while following company safety and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for delivery according to customer orders
• May assist in inventory of stock, including stock rotation.
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage to ensure efficient operations
• Update inventory transactions in the warehouse management system
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and other internal departments to ensure timely order processing
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures
• Ensures the orderly stocking and/or timely delivery of merchandise.
• Updates management on all inventory issues on a regular and as-needed basis.
• Maintains and updates the purchase order system as shipments are received, cancelled, or back ordered.
• Processes inventory paperwork.
• Support cycle counts and annual stock take activities
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and proper storage conditions
   

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations
• Experience using Warehouse Management System is an advantage
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to lift and move products when required
• Be able to communicate in English is a plus
