Job Description:

Under the general direction of a manager, the Account Executive, Retail Settlement strategically handles retailers’ data with an analytical viewpoint and understands how to proactively provide meaningful analysis. This is composed of but not limited to: chargeback research, variance analysis, industry trends, processing trends, and volume fluctuations. Through this analysis the Account Executive is responsible for growing Inmar’s relationship with priority clients by communicating effectively and client first mindset. The Account Executive works closely with the Manager on research projects, cross-training, and data analysis

initiatives.

General Accountabilities:

 •Perform detailed, routine clerical work of an analytical and customer service nature to ensure accurate, timely processing of client’s data 

•Handling inbound and outbound client and customer requests and inquiries via phone and email

•Create spreadsheets and relevant reports that provide insight into key data points (monthly, quarterly, ad hoc)

•Collects, cleans and analyzes data 

•Ensure high data quality through regular quality checks/controls

•Identifying and troubleshooting client problems 

•Educate and train clients on services and on industry in general 

•Responsible for making coupon processing decisions

•Assisting manager or other Company personnel in scheduling training team members or other associates regarding the department’s function and conducting training sessions as required 

•Assisting manager in the development and maintenance of quality standards 

•Ensuring that communications from the manager or other areas of the company are understood and supported by other team members 

•Collaborate and communicate with data professionals and upper management to oversee highly visible projects

•Utilize best practices in time management skills in order to perform regular daily tasks in addition to extra projects as assigned by supervisor/manager 

•Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as assigned  

•Assist with reporting and enhancement requests

•Assist maintain accurate database

•Assist with processing files for invoicing

•Contributes to process improvement initiatives 

•Review industry updates, retailer reviews, and trends 

•Utilize Salesforce to interact with clients regarding data issues or requests 

Required Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s Degree required 

•3-5 years related work experience involving business account service, in-depth data analysis OR equivalent combination

•Web Research Excel Basic to Intermediate

•Excel Basic to Intermediate 

•MS PowerPoint Basic 

•Propensity for Learning 

•Good Written, Oral, & Presentation Skills
