Job Description
Your TeamÂ
You will be part of a dynamic Loan Syndication team responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of syndicated loans. The team works closely with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure seamless transaction processing, compliance, and timely resolution of exceptions. Collaboration, accuracy, and process efficiency are key priorities within the team.

Your RoleÂ
As a Senior Analyst – Loan Syndication, you will take ownership of executing critical loan lifecycle events such as Deal Closings, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, and Trade Settlements. You will perform cash and invoice reconciliations, ensure adherence to SLAs, and maintain compliance with internal policies and controls. Your role will also involve supporting audit and regulatory requirements, driving process improvements, and contributing to automation initiatives. Strong communication and teamwork will be essential to your success.

The Experience You BringÂ
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Loan Syndication, Loan Operations, or a related domain.
- Hands-on expertise with Wall Street Office (WSO) applications.
- Solid understanding of IBOR/ABOR and Custody Reconciliation processes.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

 Academic requirementsÂ
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is typically required.
Additional certifications or training related to loan syndication, financial operations, or relevant software tools would be advantageous.
