Join our team as a Business Development Manager and take ownership of the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding new customers.

What you’ll do: 
• Hunt for new business  
• Target Dormant Accounts 
• Build and manage a strong prospect pipeline 
• Uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities 
• Strengthen customer loyalty with proactive relationship management 
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline data 


What you bring: 
• Proven success in business development and B2B sales 
• Experience in packaging machinery, coding/printing equipment  
• Skills in selling technical solutions 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills 
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
