About this role
- Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to support internal projects and client engagements
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets
- Create specifications for reports and analyses based on business requirements and available data
- Generate datasets and reports using IQVIA tools and other data platforms
- Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Cleanse, transform, and manipulate data to optimize analytical outcomes
- Conduct data quality assessments and ensure data integrity across datasets
- Perform audits on own work or team outputs to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures
- Support data validation, trend analysis, and inquiry resolution using standalone or enterprise systems
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project goals
- Support continuous improvement in data processes and analytical methods
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline)
- 1–3 years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare data
- Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
- Experience working with SQL databases for querying and data extraction
- Hands-on experience in data manipulation, data processing, and data validation
- Understanding of business processes and ability to translate data into actionable insights
