담당업무
• 패널(의사, 약사 등) 모집 및 운영 관리
• 패널 대상 온라인 조사 참여 독려 및 품질 관리(QC) 수행
• 신규 패널 유입 확대를 위한 모집 전략 수립 및 실행
• 외부 채널 활용한 패널 발굴 및 커뮤니케이션
• 패널 관련 기타 행정, 운영 업무 지원

자격요건
• 신입 또는 1년 이상의 경력 보유
• 업무 수행에 있어 성실하고 높은 책임감을 보유한 분
• 세밀한 업무 처리 및 데이터 및 패널 관리 역량을 갖추신 분
• 변화하는 업무 환경에 유연하게 대응하고, 새로운 방식 도입에 적극적인 분
• 대내외 원활한 커뮤니케이션, 팀플레이에 대한 역량을 보유한 분
• 정해진 프로세스 및 절차에 따라 업무를 수행하고, 기본적인 이슈를 스스로 해결할 수 있는 분

우대사항
• 시장조사 관련 업무 경험 보유 또는 관련 분야에 관심이 있는 분
• 고객 응대(인바운드/아웃바운드) 관련 업무 경험 보유 또는 관련 분야에 관심이 있는 분
• 의료 제품 또는 병·의원 환경 관련 업무 경험
• MS Office(특히 Excel) 활용 능력 우수자
