Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to design and develop high-quality digital and print assets for global life sciences/pharmaceutical clients. The role requires strong visual storytelling skills and hands-on expertise across Adobe and video design tools.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Asset Development
- Design digital assets: banners, emailers, infographics, visual aids, and social creatives
- Develop multimedia content: 2D/3D videos, animations, and motion graphics
- Create print assets: brochures, leave-behinds, magazines, and promotional materials
- Translate brief requirements into visually compelling, brand-compliant designs
Life Sciences Content Adaptation
- Work with medical, marketing, and content teams to convert complex scientific content into easy-to-understand visual formats
- Ensure all creatives adhere to brand guidelines and compliance standards (MLR awareness preferred)
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Liaise with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand requirements, iterate designs, and deliver on timelines
- Incorporate feedback effectively while maintaining design quality and consistency
Production & Quality Control
- Prepare final files for digital publishing and print production
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output across formats
Required Skills & Experience
- 2โ4 years of experience in graphic design (agency or healthcare/life sciences preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital + print + video design work
- Advanced level of english.
Tools Expertise:
- Adobe Creative Suite:
- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (mandatory)
- Video/Motion tools (any of):
- After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, or similar tools
Design Capabilities:
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding
- Experience in infographics, visual storytelling, and multimedia design
- Working knowledge of 2D/3D design and animation concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with pharmaceutical / healthcare clients
- Familiarity with MLR processes and regulated content environments
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles for digital formats
