Position Summary
The Senior Manager, APAC EndoMech, Energy & Robotics Supply Chain is responsible for leading integrated end-to-end planning across the APAC region, encompassing Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness. This role ensures the achievement of key business objectives related to service, inventory, cash flow, cost optimization, and successful product launches across a complex MedTech portfolio.
As a strategic business partner, the incumbent drives supply chain transformation initiatives, including digital automation, inventory optimization, margin expansion, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) maturity, to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead APAC end-to-end planning activities for the Endomechanical, Energy, and Robotics portfolios, ensuring optimal balance between customer service, inventory, working capital, and cost.
Drive robust Demand and Supply Planning processes to support business growth, mitigate supply risks, and ensure product availability.
Develop and implement data-driven forecasting strategies leveraging statistical models and market insights to improve forecast accuracy and inventory outcomes.
Partner with Commercial, Global Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and Regional Supply Chain teams to support product launches, portfolio transitions, and business continuity.
Lead strategic transformation initiatives, including digital automation, 6+1 Inventory Transformation, Margin Expansion, and IBP capability advancement.
Define and execute planning strategies that improve customer service levels, inventory productivity, and financial performance while aligning with approved business plans.
Monitor and drive key supply chain performance indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers, supervisors, and individual contributors within a matrixed environment, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting talent development.
Ensure effective execution of operational processes, compliance requirements, performance management, workforce planning, and budget accountability.
Integrate Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into decision-making, team objectives, and everyday leadership practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning, or Operations, preferably within MedTech, healthcare, or other complex global industries.
Proven experience leading regional planning organizations and driving cross-functional alignment across a matrix environment.
Strong expertise in forecasting, inventory management, must have S&OP/IBP processes, supply chain transformation, and business analytics.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead change, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Strong people leadership, strategic thinking, and financial acumen.
