Diversified Construction & Design is seeking a MASTER CARPENTER to join our Architectural team.

Responsibilities:
- Install wooden structures such as roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists, and stud work.
- Design, fabricate, and install cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall, and insulation.
- Add fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges, and closures.
- Select lumber and calculate material and fastener needs.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other construction professionals.
- Read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to ensure all work meets specifications and code requirements.
- Mentor and supervise less experienced carpenters, inspecting work to ensure quality craftsmanship.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and methods.
- Proven experience directing and instructing coworkers.
Additional Qualities Necessary:
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Good understanding of basic math.
- Good physical condition and endurance.
- Consistently demonstrate a positive company image to Diversified Construction & Design’s vendors and customers.
