This role focuses on strategic and upstream marketing for new product development and external innovation exploration for China market, and strategic management of China Surgery portfolio, with a focus on Wound Closure & Healing and Biosurgery. The main responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Lead the development of customer insights to drive innovation and portfolio enrichment in pipelines specific for China market, with portfolio strategy aligned with GSM.
Lead strategic marketing workstream of high-quality NPD/NBD projects, with process excellence, following stage-gates criteria and drive deliverables. Include but not limited to development project plan, strategic assessment, opportunity assessment, market model, TPP, financial model and resources needed.
Develop and drive strategic communication and stakeholder engagement with clear articulation of strategies in support of China Surgery business objectives in both NPD and NBD projects.
Proactively work closely and built trust-worth collaborations with multiple functions including China commercial marketing, market access, R&D, BD, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance and GSM.
