Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. Job OverviewÂ
The Senior Financial Analyst, International Finance â APAC plays a key role in supporting regional financial performance, reporting accuracy, and decisionâmaking across APAC markets. This role partners closely with regional and global finance teams to deliver highâquality financial analysis, support treasury and cash visibility activities, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. The position offers meaningful exposure to crossâborder finance operations, senior stakeholders, and strategic initiatives within a leading global MedTech organization.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Lead and deliver financial analysis, forecasting, and variance explanations to support APAC regional performance management.Â
- Support international finance and treasury activities, including regional cash visibility, liquidity analysis, and balance sheet management.Â
- Prepare and review management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations for regional and global stakeholders.Â
- Analyze complex financial datasets related to intercompany activity, capital transactions, and treasury operations, providing actionable insights.Â
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements across APAC entities.Â
- Support internal and external audits, including documentation, issue remediation, and stakeholder coordination.Â
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and standardization opportunities across regional finance activities.Â
- Collaborate crossâfunctionally with country finance teams, regional leadership, and global finance partners while modeling Johnson & Johnsonâs Credo values.Â
QualificationsÂ
EducationÂ
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).Â
- Masterâs degree or MBA in Finance or a related discipline (preferred).Â
Experience and SkillsÂ
Required:Â
- Typically 4â6 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis roles.Â
- Strong understanding of financial statements, balance sheet management, and analytical techniques.Â
- Experience preparing forecasts, variance analyses, and management reporting.Â
- Ability to analyze large, complex datasets and translate results into clear business insights.Â
- Proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP or financial reporting systems.Â
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Â
Preferred:Â
- Experience supporting international or regional finance operations, preferably within APAC.Â
- Exposure to treasury, cash management, or intercompany accounting processes.Â
- Prior experience in a multinational, matrixed organization.Â
- Familiarity with audit processes, internal controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.Â
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across cultures and geographies.Â

- Travel:Â Up to 10% regional travel within APAC.Â
- Certifications:Â CPA, ACCA, or equivalent finance certification (preferred).Â
