Johnson & Johnson Heart Recovery (Abiomed) recrute un.e Responsable Commercial.e (Territory Manager), Cardiologie Interventionnelle (H/F). 80% de dĂ©placements sont Ă  prĂ©voir sur la rĂ©gion et de temps en temps pour aider d’autres secteurs. Il y a 2 postes Ă  pourvoir : RĂ©gion France Est et RĂ©gion France Ouest.

MISSIONS CLES

Vous serez responsable du dĂ©veloppement et de la croissance des ventes de votre territoire. Le rĂŽle est axĂ© sur le « Clinique » est doit ĂȘtre rĂ©alisĂ© via de bons rĂ©sultats cliniques. Vous serez Ă©galement responsable de la mise en Ɠuvre de notre stratĂ©gie de ventes, de la planification, du suivi de la clientĂšle, des activitĂ©s de vente et du dĂ©veloppement de la clientĂšle sur votre territoire. Le reporting interne et la coopĂ©ration avec la direction et les collĂšgues de l'organisation font partie de vos responsabilitĂ©s professionnelles habituelles. Le Responsable Commercial.e devra Ă©galement participer au support clinique dans les salles de cathĂ©tĂ©risme cardiaque et/ou en salle d'opĂ©ration.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES

En tant que Responsable Commercial.e, vous ĂȘtes responsables de:

  • Promouvoir nos produits et procĂ©dures auprĂšs des mĂ©decins et autres membres du personnel hospitalier et dĂ©veloppez une relation de confiance. 
  • Menez et mettez en Ɠuvre des activitĂ©s avancĂ©es de dĂ©veloppement de marchĂ© et de marketing sur le terrain tout en respectant le budget assignĂ©.
  • Dispensez des prĂ©sentations commerciales et dĂ©montrez l'utilisation appropriĂ©e des produits aux mĂ©decins.   
  • Contactez et planifiez des rendez-vous avec de nouveaux clients potentiels.  
  • Favorisez et coordonnez les activitĂ©s de formation professionnelle pour amĂ©liorer les connaissances des professionnels de la santĂ©.   
  • Assurez l'exactitude et la validitĂ© des contrats de maintenance et des activitĂ©s de gestion des appels d'offres.  
  • Collaborez avec l'Ă©quipe logistique pour assurer la disponibilitĂ© des produits afin de rĂ©pondre aux besoins des clients. Examinez les commandes des clients et les ventes de produits et Ă©tablit un plan d'amĂ©lioration. Interagissez avec la direction des ventes et du marketing pour affiner les initiatives relatives aux produits et au marchĂ©.  
  • Analysez et Ă©laborez des prĂ©visions de ventes sur votre secteur. PrĂ©parez les rapports de ventes et les documents selon les besoins.
  • Participation Ă  des confĂ©rences scientifiques, congrĂšs, salons et rĂ©unions commerciales internationales.
  • Accompagnement des leaders d'opinion et implication dans des projets de dĂ©veloppement de marchĂ© pertinents
  • Assistance tĂ©lĂ©phonique et sur site pour les appels d'urgence dans le cadre de notre service d'urgence hospitalier.

VOTRE EXPERTISE/PROFIL :

  • DiplĂŽme en gĂ©nie biomĂ©dicale ou diplĂŽme d’infirmier d’état, spĂ©cialisĂ©.e en soins intensifs cardiaques, chirurgie cardiaque ou anesthĂ©sie-rĂ©animation
  •  3 Ă  5 ans d'expĂ©rience commerciale rĂ©ussie dans l'industrie des dispositifs mĂ©dicaux, avec un accent sur la cardiologie interventionnelle ou la chirurgie cardiaque
  • Formation et ExpĂ©rience professionnelle dans des laboratoires de cathĂ©tĂ©risme cardiaque et/ou des salles d'opĂ©ration de soins intensifs cardiaques et/ou de chirurgie cardiaque
  • Attitude convaincante et capacitĂ© Ă  dĂ©velopper et Ă  promouvoir des relations clients Ă  long terme.
  • Bonnes compĂ©tences en communication et en prĂ©sentation ainsi que capacitĂ© Ă  travailler en Ă©quipe.
  • Permis de conduire (obligatoire)
  • Être situĂ© dans le territoire gĂ©ographique
  • Maitrise de l’Anglais

Johnson & Johnson Heart Recovery (Abiomed) is recruiting a Territory Manager for Interventional Cardiology (M/F). Approximately 80% of travel is expected within the region, with occasional travel to support other sectors. There are 2 positions available: Eastern France Region and Western France Region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for developing and growing sales in your territory. The role is clinic-focused and must be achieved through strong clinical results. You will also be responsible for implementing our sales strategy, planning, client follow-up, sales activities, and client development within your territory. Internal reporting and collaboration with management and colleagues are part of your usual professional responsibilities. The Territory Manager will also participate in clinical support in cardiac catheterization labs and/or operating rooms.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Territory Manager, you are responsible for:

  • Promoting our products and procedures to physicians and other hospital staff, building a trust-based relationship.
  • Leading and implementing advanced market development and field marketing activities while respecting the assigned budget.
  • Delivering commercial presentations and demonstrating proper product use to physicians.
  • Contacting and scheduling appointments with potential new clients.
  • Facilitating and coordinating professional training activities to improve healthcare professionals’ knowledge.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and validity of maintenance contracts and tender management activities.
  • Collaborating with the logistics team to ensure product availability to meet customer needs. Reviewing customer orders and sales of products and developing improvement plans. Interacting with sales and marketing management to refine product and market initiatives.
  • Analyzing and developing sales forecasts for your sector. Preparing sales reports and documents as needed.
  • Participating in scientific conferences, congresses, trade shows, and international business meetings.
  • Supporting opinion leaders and engaging in relevant market development projects.
  • Providing phone and on-site support for emergency calls within our hospital emergency service.

YOUR SKILLS/PROFILE:

  • Degree in biomedical engineering or state-certified nurse, specialized in cardiac intensive care, cardiac surgery, or anesthesia-resuscitation.
  • 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on interventional cardiology or cardiac surgery.
  • Training and professional experience in cardiac catheterization laboratories and/or cardiac intensive care and/or cardiac surgery operating rooms.
  • Persuasive attitude and ability to develop and promote long-term client relationships.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a team.
  • Valid driving license (mandatory).
  • Residing within the designated geographic area.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel 80% of your time within the specified regions, with readiness for emergency situations.
  • On-call support via phone or on-site.
  • Capable of lifting up to 30 kg.
  • Able to stand for long hours during procedures and conferences.
