Responsabilidades del Puesto:
Garantizar la productividad objetivo, generando el reporte N1 al fin de turno y retro-alimentando a su equipo asignado, asegurando la gestión de recursos y apoyo a todas las áreas productivas.
Indispensable:
- Ingeniería en Alimentos, Industrial, Química o afín
- Experiencia de 3 años como supervisor de producción (giro alimenticio)
- Manejo de personas 15 como mínimo
- Programación, KPI's y gestión de inventarios
- Estadística básica
- Seguimiento a mermas de proceso
- Gestión automatizada de plantas
- Automóvil propio
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos
Deseable
- Desarrollo de proyectos de mejora
- Mantenimiento productivo total TPM
- Auditor interno
- Certificación lean manufacturing
