KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is embarking upon an exciting growth phase, and to complement our growth plans and drive our sustainable success with customer strategy, Modernization is a strategic priority for our Business. As a part of this effort, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Senior Sales Engineer with a strong customer-focused mindset to be based in our Dubai office and report directly to the Head of Sales for Modernization, Dubai.
In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers that are strategic or nationally/locally important. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers. The Senior Sales Engineer's role is to manage opportunities with current and new customers and close deals that meet customer needs while maximizing KONE’s order book and profitability.
A service mindset is an outlook that focuses on creating customer trust, value, and loyalty; hence, we are looking for someone with a proven track record as a go-getter who understands how to partner and collaborate with the business. We need someone who has the ability to influence, is result-driven, and has strong commercial acumen skills.

Are you the one?
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)
Minimum 5 years’ Service or Modernization Sales experience within the Elevator & Escalator industry.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
Passion for sales, with a proven track record in handling Key Accounts and a strong customer focus
Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
UAE experience is preferred.
