Transaction Management Analyst / Senior Analyst

Lendlease is currently searching for a Transaction Management Analyst / Senior Analyst supporting the Investment Management business in the form of transaction management and execution, financial modelling as well as fund reporting and portfolio management.  As part of the regional team, the role provides exposure to the various countries and markets within the Lendlease Asia presence and opportunity to work with teams across different disciplines and geographies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in transaction management, due diligence and coordination with external legal and financial advisors for fund set-ups, real estate acquisitions, divestments and capital recycling initiatives.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate acquisition targets and development projects.
• Prepare investment committee papers, pitchbooks and conduct research & analysis.
• Provide ongoing support for the management of Lendlease funds including preparation of quarterly investor reports, business and asset plans, performance management calculations and board papers.
• Work with enterprise functions such as finance, treasury, legal, tax and sustainability on fund accounting, debt financing as well as sustainability reporting. 

Key requirements for the role include:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• 4-5 years’ experience in transaction advisory with a Big 4 accounting firm, banking, audit or finance.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with demonstrated capabilities in financial modelling.
• Candidates with experience in investment management, asset acquisition and divestments will also be considered.
