More about the role

• Verify that customer- and all other applicable requirements (industrial, suppliers, component platforms, standards and regulations) are SMART and complete
• Translate requirements into CTQ’s and manages the CTQ flow down
• Validate the CTQ’s through efficient test plans and use of statistical tools. Makes product certification available
• Manage risks through all design phases until PE using FMEA methodology
• Prevent incidents by ensuring robust design
• Drive safe launch/field tests with active customer involvement
• Ensure the quality of milestone decisions and escalates when quality of the product/service is at risk
• Close feedback loops from customer complaints by embedding the learnings into new design rules, QTP’s, FMEA’s and other VE-tools
• Develop and coach the development organizations with the use of Quality tools like DfSS and FMEA.

More about you

• Electrical mechanical or material bachelor background
• Be familiar of quality control tools DFEA DPPM etc.
• Prefer for luminaire quality control working experience.
• Good teamwork and communication
• Good English communication for both reading& writing skill.
• Both tasks and team management ownership and skill to face to the pressure
