More about the role
In this role, you support and collaborate closely with the sales team by preparing and managing customer quotations. You ensure accurate and timely quote delivery while maintaining correct pricing conditions for customers.
You act as a key partner to Sales, helping deliver a high-quality quotation service that contributes to efficient, compliant, and successful sales processes. Experience from installers, lighting companies or wholesale environments is considered a strong advantage for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate customer quotes in line with pricing guidelines and policies
Support the creation and validation of deals, special pricing agreements, and promotions
Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to gather inputs and manage quote requests
Act as main point of contact for quotation-related queries and resolve discrepancies
Maintain and update pricing data, quote systems, and documentation
Ensure correct handling of customer pricing conditions (discounts, contracts, rebates)
Prepare basic reports and analysis to support sales performance
Support contract handling and ensure compliance with pricing and agreement policies
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Legal) to ensure alignment
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, quoting, or administrative roles within a commercial environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good understanding of sales processes and pricing structures
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience with CRM and quoting tools (e.g., CPQ Configit) is a strong advantage
Familiarity with systems such as SAP and CRM platforms (e.g., C4C) is beneficial
Provide training to sales teams on quotation tools and processes
Support onboarding of new sales employees
