Responsibilities

• All asset management of equipment and instruments, labeling, establishing equipment ledger, cooperation with IE / FE / Finance / ME / TE / QA / NPI / MFG etc. department for new equipment layout, according to the management procedure, cost center/ location/ asset owner/ installation information updating and equipment archives maintenance in the equipment system.
• Re-Layout the product line equipment dismantles and installation.
• Establish and carry out the plan after aligning with IE team.
• Coordinate and support various production lines for cost reduction and quality improvement.
• New equipment / fixture receiving/ fixture management, fixed asset registers, Fixed-asset management.
• Establish and carry out the plan of preventive-maintenance and repair.
• Coordinate and support various production line for cost reduction and quality improvement.
• Quickly and independently accomplish the diagnosis and repair job when equipment was abnormal.
• Plan schedule for some critical complex equipment along with preparing contract documents and monitor suppliers to carry out on-site maintenance works.
• Give long-term improvement measures for some frequent equipment malfunctions.
• Write the operating procedures for some critical complex equipment.
• Develop qualification plans to qualify mechanical manufacturing and assembly machines and verify the manufacturer's stated capabilities.
• Continuously improve and optimize the spare parts stock to reduce downtime and improve maintenance efficiency.
• Provide training and coaching to junior engineer/technician and workers related to equipment maintenance.
• Ensure effective budget control and timely completion through effective resources allocation and project management skills.
• Keep the equipment of “Bottleneck” smooth running and break through the

“Bottleneck” in equipment improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical engineering and Automation, electronic information engineering, the age is less than 45 years old, male.
• At least 5 years or above equipment maintenance experience in the semiconductor, optoelectronics and electronic communication industries.
• Sound knowledge with die bonder/wire bonder/AA Equipment/Laser welding and Laser cut/Coating machine/Dicing machine/Oven & Chamber/Fusion splicer/Optical instrument and so on are preferable.
• Strong failure analysis and repair of equipment and instruments capability, Knowing PLC、MCU and circuit board repairing is preferable.
• Familiarity with analog and digital electricity is necessary.
• Good English reading and writing ability is an advantage.
• Willing to learn/obey the arrangement/strong hands-on ability/good team spirit and communication.
