As a Producer, you’ll research, develop, and deliver a suite of strategic engagement products across Events, Training, and Research & Innovation Councils (RICs). Acting as the subject matter expert for your assigned region, you’ll ensure every PSN initiative is topical, inclusive, commercially viable, and of the highest quality.
This is a fast-paced, collaborative role that combines research, creativity, stakeholder engagement, and content strategy, all while working alongside some of the most senior public sector leaders in ANZ.

Government Innovation Weeks (GIWs)
- Research, design, and deliver up to four GIWs annually across ANZ
- Engage senior public sector leaders through calls and research to shape agendas
- Secure diverse, high-calibre speakers and training sessions for each event
- Lead onsite or virtual delivery and produce post-event research reports
Training & Learning Programs
- Develop and deliver standalone in-person and virtual training sessions
- Identify learning needs, brief internal teams, and ensure strong market fit
Research & Innovation Councils (RICs)
- Deliver three RICs per region annually, aligned to policy or innovation themes
- Manage speakers, facilitators, and post-event reports to extend community learning
Community & Content
- Conduct interviews and create written/podcast content with government executives
- Manage PSN’s online community platforms, posting content, sparking discussions, and promoting upcoming initiatives
Collaboration & Commercial Impact
- Partner with internal Marketing, Delegate Sales, and Sponsorship teams to align messaging and drive engagement outcomes
What Success Looks Like
- Successful delivery of allocated GIWs, RICs, and training programs
- Engaged and growing public sector community across digital and in-person channels
- Strong collaboration with internal teams to achieve commercial and engagement goals
- Meaningful relationships built with senior government stakeholders
About You
You’re curious, confident, and thrive on connecting ideas and people. You might come from a background in event production, research, communications, or policy, and you enjoy translating complex insights into compelling narratives.
You’ll also bring:
- Strong research and communication skills
- An eye for detail and a passion for storytelling
- Confidence engaging senior executives
- A collaborative mindset and commercial awareness
