Quality Control Supervisor

Contributes to the development of quality standards for the organisation’s materials/products, and the design of new, complex, or innovative measures, tests, sampling methods, and other procedures and compliance measures that ensure that these standards are met.

Gestionar el funcionamiento del Laboratorio de Control de Calidad, resolución de problemas de análisis fallados y problemas relacionados con las pruebas de calidad, administrar los recursos y establecer los parámetros de operación en todos los laboratorios de análisis. Supervisar y monitorear las operaciones y rendimiento del personal de Control de Calidad en el proceso de producción de catalizadores.

Escolaridad: Ingeniería Química, Industrial o afín.

Experiencia: Interna: 3 años o más realizando actividades de laboratorio de JMM en 2 diferentes métodos o más, conocimientos de sistemas de calidad

Habilidades: Trabajo en equipo, supervisión efectiva, facilidad para detectar, analizar y solucionar problemas, liderazgo, comunicación efectiva, seguimiento en realización de actividades, disponibilidad a rolar turnos, enfocado a metas y objetivos.

Idiomas:  Inglés técnico y de negocios (80%)        

Entrenamiento: Conocimiento de diferentes métodos de analisis de JMM, especificaciones de cliente, pruebas especiales, core tools, etc.
